The Hospice of Baton Rouge celebrates its second annual Trees of Light: A Night of Music on Sunday, Dec. 2

Trees covered with lights that are in memory of or in honor of loved ones will be on the main floor. Father Greg Daigle, well-known tenor will sing in in the House Chamber. The Jazz Band led by George Bell will play in the Senate Chamber.

There will be a silent auction which includes James Avery Jewelry and original paintings that any LSU football fan will love. There will also be a raffle of a lovely gold and sterling necklace designed and created by James Avery Jewelry. Heirloom Cuisine is catering the event.

Tickets for the evening and for the raffle are available online at and by calling the office at (225) 767-4673. The tickets are $40.00 each. All proceeds benefit the Patient Care Fund of The Hospice of Baton Rouge, the only non-profit, United Way hospice agency in the Baton Rouge Community. The fund ensures that anyone needing hospice services will receive them regardless of their financial resources.
