South Louisiana Crawfish Boiling Contest, benefitting ‘Dreams Come True Foundation’, will take place at Lamar Dixon Expo Center on Saturday April 11. Sign up now as space is limited. Entry fee $80 covers crawfish and registration
Cooks: bring everything you need to boil 2 sacks of crawfish plus table and tent. Crawfish will be judged on taste, texture and peel ability. All crawfish will be sold to the public below market price! Set up at 7:30am turn in crawfish at 11am for judging.
