Azalea Estates to host Annual Holiday Bazaar
It is time for us to get ready for our annual Holiday Bazaar at Azalea Estates, 2305 S. Purpera Ave. * Gonzales. It will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. This event is both a service for our residents and a way to share the Holiday spirit with our neighbors. The bazaar has been a wonderful way for you to bring your crafts and items to show to our residents and the whole community. We are hoping that the changes that we have put in place this year will bring a lot more people from the area and even surrounding areas along with a positive experience for vendors, shoppers and residents alike.
Vendors may choose from both in and out door booths on a first come basis at a cost of $20 and a gift basket from you to be raffled. A limited number of vendors may reserve an extra table space and/or request access to electricity. Vendors are asked to supply their own tables and table clothes, as they will not be provided. Our deadline for reservations and gifts is Nov. 29.
Please remember, you will be setting-up your table in our residents’ home. Their dining room and common areas must be transformed into display spaces after they have finished breakfast. Please work with us. The set-up period, with complimentary coffee and donuts, begins at 8:00 am. NO EARLY BIRDS, please. Each vendor may request box lunches at a cost of $6.00 at the time of registration. This is to insure that our kitchen has everyone accounted for at the Holiday Bazaar.
