Animal Rescue of Ascension to hold Garage Sale & Jambalaya Fundraiser

Volunteers for Companion Animal Rescue of Ascension are holding a multi-family garage sale and jambalaya fundraiser to help raise money for C.A.R.A.'s Veterinary Care Fund.

The event will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. at 16469 Oakview Dr., Prairieville.

There will be many items available including furniture, televisions, children's toys, kitchen and decorative household items (some still in the box), books/movies, glassware, clothing, two kitchen sets, and even brand-new Queen and Full Sized mattress sets donated by Bordelon Furniture.

Jambalaya plates are available for a donation of $5. There will also be baked goods such as cakes, muffins, cookies, and brownies available.
