Youth Oasis Children’s Shelter is excited to announce they will be hosting their first ever Band Fest Wednesday, Feb. 27, from 6-9 p.m. at the Hilton Capitol Center.

The event will feature four local bands, The Michael Foster Project, Nice Dog, The Upper Two, Red Panda, and Young Band Nation Blues Project all performing to support the programs provided by the Youth Oasis Children’s Shelter. The event will be a competition between the bands and the winning band will have the opportunity to perform at a renowned venue.

“Band Fest is truly a fantastic way to donate to the Youth Oasis Children’s Shelter and have a fun night in return,” said Sandy Morgan, Community Outreach Coordinatorn. “The best part is that you are directly helping the at-risk children in our area as proceeds from all ticket sales benefit the organization. Don’t miss out on this fun night!”

Tickets to the event are $15 each, or $20 with jambalaya.
