Breast Cancer Support Group Meeting
American Cancer Society and St. Elizabeth Hospital invite all breast cancer patients and survivors to participate in a new monthly support group. Group support has been shown to help you cope, encourage you and give you an opportunity to share experiences with others in similar situations.

Healthy Hearts: Stress Management
Modern life is complicated and causes stress. Research shows, however, that it is the manner in which we respond to stress rather than the stress itself that can cause physical problems. Monday, Nov. 19, Extreme Esteem: A Workshop for Teens and Their Parents
Help your teens age 13-15 be strong and confident by providing them the tools they need to feel good about themselves. Gain insight, build a strong, close relationship, and become an "askable" parent about important matters to your teen.
Join St. Elizabeth Hospital and Ascension Counseling Center for this interactive workshop that will provide a session for teens led by a trained facilitator and a separate session for their parents.

Thursday, Nov. 29, Alzheimer's Lunch and Learn Holidays: Coping and Caregiving
Holidays are meant to be joyful times; but for the person whose life has been affected by dementia, special occasions may stir up a different set of feelings. By planning ahead and using tips discussed, you and your loved ones can find ways to get the most out of special occasions, even amidst the challenges of caregiving.
