Reigning Jambalaya Festival champ Elisar wins Champ of Champs title

Jody Elisar, the 2008 World Champion Jambalaya Cook, won the Champ of Champs contest Thursday night.
“I’m speechless,” the reigning World Champion Jambalaya Cook and new Champ of Champs said Thursday evening. “We knew we had a chance, but this is unbelievable.”
