NOCCA offers an information meeting Dec. 8 at the Library in Dutchtown

Are you a middle or high school student with a passion for the arts and would like to apply and audition to NOCCA?

You are invited to come enjoy the NOCCA Audition Information Session on Wednesday, Dec. 8, at 5:30 p.m. as New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) visits the Ascension Parish Dutchtown Public Library, 13278 Hwy. 73, Geismar.

Middle and high school students and their families who would like to learn more about the application process for NOCCA’s Summer Conservatory, Academic Studio and Fall Sessions are encouraged to attend this free and open meeting. No RSVP required.

New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) offers students across Louisiana tuition-free professional training in: creative writing, culinary arts, dance, drama, classical instrumental music, jazz, media arts, musical theatre, theatre design, visual arts and vocal music. Classes are open to all Louisiana students who successfully audition regardless if they attend public, private or homeschools.

NOCCA’s Summer Conservatory students receive daily intensive instruction in June. Interested students are encouraged to visit or call 504.940.2854 for more information.
