CARA’s House hosts Spring Fling Baby Shower for family fun

Cara’s House is hosting a day of family fun to help fund the shelter’s work this puppy and kitten season.

The Spring Fling Baby Shower will include a jumper/slide, an Easter Bunny photo shoot, crafts, food, snowballs, face painting, and more.

Petco is also hosting an Easter Egg Hunt in the store at 1:30, and Cake That is offering a cupcake to anyone who makes a donation during the event.

Admission is free, but food and some activities will require donations.

During the spring, our animal shelter takes in hundreds of kittens and puppies. They require a lot of extra supplies: formula, kitten/puppy food, kitty litter and medicine. We will also be recruiting for new volunteers and foster homes, as this influx of babies requires a lot volunteer work.

So please, stop by, have some fun, and help our parish’s kittens and puppies.
