The Arc of EA held their annual Christmas party on Thursday, December 7 at the Clarion Inn in Gonzales. Members danced the night away. Santa Claus even arrived with gifts and posed for pictures with all of the guests. Chicken and stuffed potatoes were served.

The Arc of East Ascension Holiday party sponsored by BASF is always an event that I look forward to year after year," BASF employee and Arc Volunteer Nedria Thompson said. "Between exchanging gifts, hugs and smiles, I enjoy the opportunity to interact with the Arc clients while spreading holiday cheer.”

The event was made possible with a sponsorship from BASF, including help from Senior Vice President and General Manager Tom Yura, Sr. Hub Manager Jolen Stein and Communications Assistant Brenna Vial.

"I would like to thank BASF and all of our volunteers," Marketing Director for the Arc of EA Sharon Morris said. "They have sponsored us for three years. This is one of the best Christmas dinners we have had. I look forward to a continued partnership with BASF into the future.

"When I saw Santa come in and all of their faces light up, I was elated," Morris said.
