Gonzales Holiday Inn re-opens as Clarion Inn

Owners have announced the opening of the new Clarion Inn & Conference Center located at 1500 West Hwy 30 in Gonzales.

Part of Clarion brand properties, this full-service hotel will provide a quality of service, amenities and inviting atmosphere associated with fine hotels, but at an affordable price.

The Clarion Inn & Conference Center, formerly Holiday Inn, is the new home to Mike Anderson’s Seafood Restaurant, famous for fresh South Louisiana seafood and steaks. It was voted Award Winning Food and Service by Southern Living Magazine.

Owned and operated by Harry Robert of Gonzales, the Gonzales Clarion Inn & Conference Center features 168 guest rooms and nearly 6,000 square feet of meeting space that will accommodate up to 500 people. Full service food and beverage catering is also offered.

The hotel provides easy access to local points of interest like the Lamar Dixon Expo Center, the industrial corridor, Houmas House, Tanger Outlet Mall and Cabelas.

During a stay at the Clarion Inn and Conference Center, guests will receive a free, hot breakfast, outdoor pool and patio, business center, fitness center and guest laundry. Special group rates are available.
