Bourgeois appointed to motor vehicle commission

BATON ROUGE – Gov. Bobby Jindal this week announced the appointment of Louis Bourgeois of St. Amant to the Louisiana Recreational and Used Motor Vehicle Commission.

Bourgeois is a real estate proprietor and formerly worked in tractor sales. He will serve as a consumer selected from the state at large, as required by statute.

The Louisiana Recreational and Used Motor Vehicle Commission serves to license used motor vehicle dealers and investigate consumer complaints involving the sale of used motor vehicles.
