Alzheimer’s Lunch & Learn

The topic is "Caregiver Stress Management." The speaker: Dana Territo, MOC. Caregivers’ goals are often centered around the comfort and caring for their loved one. We find ourselves willing to give up pleasures that used to be important to us. Our loved one who needs us becomes the center of our world, and all of our choices, of which we used to have many, become fewer and more limited as time goes on. However, caregivers must find a source of motivation or they will not be successful at their goals. Come join Dana Territo from Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area as she discussed caregiver stress management. 12 p.m.-1 p.m. St. Elizabeth Hospital, Sr. Linda Conference Room, FREE- Registration is required. Deadline to register is Monday, August 6.
