A Darrow man was found dead in his home Monday afternoon.
Authorities from the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office investigated the scene at 39068 Venus Ave., where 19-year-old Darren Keith Smylie Jr. was discovered. He was the victim of an apparent stabbing.
The initial investigation did not reveal a suspect or motive.
