The New Orleans Saints cruised to a 34-19 win over the Seattle Seahawks Sunday in the Louisiana Superdome.

Saints quarterback Drew Brees went 29 of 43 passes for a season-high 382 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions. He became the team's all-time leader in completions, as he passed Archie Manning with his 17th completion Sunday. Brees has a total of 1,862 completions in a Saints uniform.

The Saints had a season-high 494 total yards, 112 rushing and 382 passing.

New Orleans wide receiver Marques Colston finished with eight receptions for a season-high 113 yards and two touchdowns.

Saints running back Chris Ivory rushed for 99 yards, including his first NFL touchdown on a diving effort.

New Orleans (7-3) carved the Seahawks (5-5) four days before a Thanksgiving Day match at Dallas.

"I was pleased," Saints head coach Sean Payton said. "We will be on a short week now so we are really going to have to get past this game and on to the next one."

The Saints, winners of their last three games, have kept pace with NFC South's leaders, the Atlanta Falcons (8-2), and the surprising Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-3). The Falcons topped the St. Louis Rams 34-17, while the Bucs blanked the San Francisco 49ers 21-0. The Carolina Panthers, meanwhile, sit at the bottom of the division with a 1-9 record.
