Capital Area Human Services District (CAHSD)
SOLICITATION OF OFFERS FOR
After-Hours Child-Adolescent Response Team
(CART) Services

CAHSD, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, is conducting a fair and impartial competitive procurement process to solicit offers from qualified contractors interested in providing After-Hours Child-Adolescent Response Team (CART) Services in the CAHSD geographical area which includes the parishes of East and West Baton Rouge; East and West Feliciana; Iberville; Ascension; and Pointe Coupee.  The services contracted as a result of this Solicitation of Offers (SOO) will be directed by CAHSD and provided to children, adolescents, and their families who think they are in behavioral health crisis and are physically located within the CAHSD geographical service area.  Qualified contractors must be licensed by the State of Louisiana to provide any services that require a license.  Non-profit and for-profit agencies may submit offers in response to this SOO, which is made possible by CAHSD.

The contract period will be renewable annually for up to 3 years, beginning December 10, 2010.  A full summary of the work specifications is contained in the Solicitation Guidelines package which will be available beginning November 18, 2010 through December 3, 2010.

The last date for CAHSD staff to receive questions concerning the SOO will be December 01, 2010.

The package may be picked up at: CAHSD Community Support Services, 4615 Government St., Bldg. 2,  Baton Rouge, LA 70806 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except for state holidays, or it can be obtained from the following website: WWW.CENTRALBIDDING.COM.
