BATON ROUGE – For the past 30 years, the LSU Tiger Band has celebrated the close of football season with sights and sounds fans have come to know and love.

On Nov. 15, LSU fans will once again have a chance to show their purple and gold pride while witnessing one of the most spectacular concert events of the year, as the LSU Tiger Band presents its annual Tigerama event.

Tigerama will take place at the Baton Rouge River Center beginning at 8 p.m., with a special VIP reception held prior to the concert. All proceeds from the auction, event and concert will go toward Tiger Band and the LSU College of Music & Dramatic Arts.

“The evening includes performances by the LSU Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Winds and Tiger Band, featuring the Golden Girls and Color Guard,” LSU Tiger Band Director Roy King said. “It is a great way to see the best of Tiger Band as well as a great recruiting tool for our band department.”
The special VIP silent auction event will take place from 6 p.m. -7:30 p.m. The auction will include but is not limited to special LSU collectibles.         Tickets to the VIP reception are $100. The price includes VIP seating to the concert, admission to the reception and an opportunity to pose for photos with the LSU Golden Girls.

Tickets for Tigerama are available through Ticketmaster. Regular seating cost is $17, with a special $5 ticket price for high school students and their teachers.
