Rookie Colt McCoy threw for just 74 yards but got his first win as an NFL starter.

Cleveland (2-5) scored its only offensive touchdown on a 4-yard run by Peyton Hillis.

Former Saints linebacker Scott Fujita had an interception and a sack. Sheldon Brown also picked off a pass from Saints quarterback Drew Brees. The quarterback has not thrown four interceptions since a loss to Tennessee in September 2007.
