Three Anacoco residents have been arrested after allegedly robbing Vernier’s Kwik Stop in Anacoco.
The robbery occurred on June 30 and according to reports an undisclosed amount of money was taken during store hours, without the knowledge of employees who were on duty at the time of the robbery.
Felix Sexton, 25, of Anacoco was arrested and charged with theft over $500 and criminal conspiracy to commit theft. A bond of $8,500 was set, but he is currently in the Vernon Parish Jail on a probation hold.
Betty Lee, 27, of Anacoco was arrested and charged with theft over $500 and criminal conspiracy to commit theft. Lee posted a bond of $8,500 and was released.
Danny Casey, 20, of Anacoco was arrested and charged with theft over $500 and criminal conspiracy to commit theft. Casey posted a bond of $4,500 and was released.
