Recently Donaldsonville High School graduate Kacey Elphage, center, recently signed a letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic career at Southwest Mississippi Community College, based in  Summit, Miss.

Kacey Elphage is the 2007 and 2008 state Class 2A title-holder in the 100-meter hurdles. She also was the 2008 runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles. She will participate in the 4x200 and 4x400 relays at SMCC.
