Lady Spartans blank Destrehan

DESTREHAN - East Ascension shut out Destrehan 4-0 Friday night at Fighting Wildcat Stadium.
The Lady Spartans were led by freshmen Marissa Sanchez with two goals. Devon Darr and Kristin Simoneaux each added one goal for East Ascension.
Arienne Ferchaud provided three saves for East Ascension, while the Lady Spartans’ offense forced 23 saves by Destrehan.
East Ascension travels to Hahnville Tuesday before hosting East St. John Friday.
