A beloved wife, loving mother and grandmother, she passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at her home in Gonzales, surrounded by her family. She was 61 and a native of Joliet, Illinois. Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Wednesday, June 24 from 5 pm to 9 pm and on Thursday at from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Prairieville. Interment to follow in Oak Lane Memorial Park, Prairieville. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Richard Jandura; 3 daughters, Jennifer Accardo and her husband Sammy, Melissa Jandura, and Stephanie St. Pierre and her husband Greg; sister, Donna Dimmick of Lockport, Illinois; 2 brothers, Bernie Haggerty of Joliet, IL and Jerry Haggerty of Altus, AK; and 3 grandchildren, Samuel Accardo III, Matthew Accardo and Jude St. Pierre. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Agnes Haggerty; brothers, Joe Haggerty and Bob Haggerty; and a sister, Dolores “Sissy” Zbacnik.
