A resident of Prairieville, she died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, at her home. She was 83. Interment in Prairieville Community Cemetery. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church and the Altar Society.

A homemaker and a resident of Gonzales, she died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008. She was 92 and a native of Holden. Interment in Holy Rosary Catholic Church Cemetery, St. Amant.

Forcell, Joyce Francois
A native and resident of Donaldsonville, she died at 3:20 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008, at Prevost Memorial Hospital in Donaldsonville. She was 58. Interment in Mount Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Gauthreaux, Rev. Lance N.
A native of New Orleans, a resident of Gonzales and a minister at Victory Temple Church of God, he died at 9:15 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2008, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 47. Interment in Hope Haven Cemetery, Gonzales.

Waguespack Sr., Lynn
A resident of Prairieville for the past 15 years, he died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008. He was a former longtime resident of Baton Rouge and a long time member of St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church Parish in Baton Rouge. Visitation at St. Mark Catholic Church, Gonzales, on Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Joel LeBauve, celebrant. Interment in Hope Haven Cemetery, Prairieville. He served in the U.S. Army for four years in the Pacific during World War II and retired from the Louisiana National Guard with 37 years of service. He also served as a volunteer for eight years with the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and actively involved in St. Mark Catholic Church Parish in Gonzales and many organizations such as Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima, National Pro-Life, Priest for Life and American Life League. He was also a longtime weekly adorer in the Eucharistic Chapel.
