A teenage boy fatally shot a 30-year-old Prairieville man early Saturday morning in Baton Rouge, according to city police.
A 15- or 16-year-old boy allegedly shot Juan Gonzalez, of 44299 E. Villar Junior, at 2:13 a.m. in the 6000 block of Florida Boulevard in Baton Rouge, police said.
Gonzalez reportedly had been riding in a black Dodge truck, and one of the other four passengers sustained a minor injury and had to be taken to a local hospital.
Police said the suspected shooter left the scene on foot eastbound on Florida Boulevard.
