A 22-year-old Prairieville man accused in a shooting case surrendered to East Baton Rouge Parish deputies Thursday, according to a sheriff's spokesperson.
Christopher K. Nkadi is accused of shooting a 22-year-old man Sunday morning in the parking lot of University Crescent Apartments on Burbank Drive in Baton Rouge, the spokesperson said.
Nkadi reportedly followed the victim to the parking lot from a bar on Bob Petit Boulevard, where the two apparently had been arguing.
