CommCare Corporation, owner and operator of skilled nursing facilities throughout Louisiana and Mississippi, announced the grand opening of its new 134-bed, skilled nursing facility, Old Jefferson Community Care Center, Friday, May 22.
The new facility is located at 8340 Baringer Foreman Rd., Baton Rouge, just north of Ascension Parish.
Old Jefferson Community Care Center provides for the needs of individuals in need of 24-hour care, whether long term or rehabilitative.
“We have strived to make an environment that is warm and inviting as well as functional”, said CommCare Corporation President John Stassi.
The center has rooms, living and dining areas, a library, beauty salon and activity room.
The therapy room will offer physical, occupational and speech therapy.
