The Chapter's goals are to keep alumni and friends informed and engaged in issues surrounding the Southern University System, host alumni gatherings for networking and fellowship, promote the University, recruit prospective students and serve as a liaison between alumni in our service areas and the National Alumni office.

BJoin the Tri-Parish Chapter of Southern University Alumni Federation on Tuesday, April 17 at 7 p.m. at Bright Morning Star Baptist Church, 511 Assumption Street, Napoleonville, La. for our monthly chapter meeting.

The Tri-Parish Chapter of the Southern University Alumni Federation (formerly WASUAA) was founded in 1989. The chapter's members consist of Southern University alumni, supporters and friends residing in Ascension, Assumption, St. James parishes.
Chapter meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. Notices are sent out with location information as the meeting location may vary from month to month (Rotating between the parishes).

We invite and encourage all fellow alumni and friends to get involved with the chapter and support chapter initiatives. If you are an alumnus or friend of any of the Southern University System colleges, we welcome you to join our chapter. Your talents, time and involvement will assist us greatly in achieving our goals.
