During the week of February 5-February 9, 2018, the following defendants pled guilty to various charges and were sentenced in the 23rd Judicial District Court, parishes of Ascension, Assumption, and St. James.

Ascension Parish:

1. Hollie Fraley, 41270 Merritt Evans Rd. Prairieville, LA., age 32, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

2. Tyler Mayeux, 45419 Hwy 936 St. Amant, LA., age 25, pled guilty to Illegal Carrying of Weapons and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

3. Dustin Harrington, 42498 Weber City Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 31, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.

4. Dalton Bein, 17638 Joe Sevario Rd. Prairieville, LA., age 25, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The defendant was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

5. Blaine Blanchard, 16455 Oakridge Rd. Prairieville, LA., age 25, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation.

6. Kelly Osterhout, 324 W New River Ave. Gonzales, LA., age 56, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and Conspiracy to Sell, Distribute, or Possess a Legend Drug without Prescription or Order. The defendant was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.

7. Todd Schexnaydre, 12288 David Lessard Rd. St. Amant, LA., age 43, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.

8. Jennifer Kernan, 14214 Bourque Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 47, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.

9. Renee Powell, 48181 Sam Martin Rd. St. Amant, LA., age 51, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts), Production or Manufacturing of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Sale, Distribution, or Possession of a Legend Drug without Prescription or Order, Simple Criminal Trespass, and Misdemeanor Theft. The defendant was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.

10. Tajhay Russell, 1303 S Shirley St. Gonzales, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoids 1 st Offense. The defendant was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.

11. Candace Millien, 14555 Airline Hwy Gonzales, LA., age 32, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation.

12. Aaron Osterhout, 14406 Oak Meadow St. Prairieville, LA., age 26, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (3 counts) and was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.

13. Trisha Trabeau, 14222 Southgate House Dr. Baton Rouge, LA., age 35, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.

14. Gage Payne, 19123 Magnolia Bridge Rd. Greenwell Springs, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.

15. Troy Harvey, 912 S Abe St. Gonzales, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoids, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, and Possession of a Legend Drug without Prescription or Order. The defendant was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.

16. Austin Brown, 40485 Old Hickory Ave. Gonzales, LA., age 24, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.

Assumption Parish:

1. Jarvis Allemond, 127 Verret St. Pierre Part, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted and was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. The said sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

St. James Parish:

1. Brad Price, 1122 N Airline Hwy Gramercy, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
