Dutchtown Coffee Bar held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Nov. 29to celebrate the opening of the new business in Ascension Parish, located at 13375 La. 73 in Geismar.

Dutchtown Coffee Bar offers coffee drinks, using locally produced coffees and espressos. They also offer a variety of muffins, scones, croissants and breakfast sandwiches. Free Wi-Fi is available at Dutchtown Coffee Bar.

Attending the Ribbon Cutting for Dutchtown Coffee Bar were owners Jason Rivas and Stacy Nemeth and baristas Sage Nugent and Lorelei Gaffney. Also in attendance were Ascension Parish Government Public Relations Officer Martin McConnell, Ascension Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Sherrie Despino, Chamber Board Member Malcolm Carter along with Chamber Ambassadors and Dutchtown Coffee Bar family and friends.
