Ascension Parish President Tommy Martinez announced this week the Grand Opening for the Ascension Parish Recreation Department Skate Park will take place on Saturday, Feb. 4, from noon till 5 p.m. The park is located off of Irma Boulevard between the National Guard Armory and the Council on Aging.
